Councilman Joel Burns' Brother Dies in Car Accident

I'm sure you remember Fort Worth Councilman Joel Burns' moving account of coming out in Texas, delivered at an open City Council meeting.  Yesterday, it was reported that his 27 year old brother, Cody Burns, was killed in a car accident.  He lost control of his truck as he was rounding a corner on a dirt road.  Apparently, he and another front seat passenger were not wearing seat belts.  The other passenger is hospitalized.  A back seat passenger who was wearing a seat belt was not seriously injured.
