Marriage equality has come to the nation's capitol. Marriage licenses for same-sex couples
are being issued today. First in line were Sinjoyla Townsend, 41, and her partner of 12 years, Angelisa Young, 47. They can be married in 3 days, per DC law. Congratulations!
