You know I love my James McAvoy, so I decided to revisit my favorite Scottish actor with a hot shot from his incredibly dumb movie Wanted, co-starring a hopefully well-paid Angelina Jolie. It may have been dumb, but it was well worth seeing for this scene alone.
This weekend I saw him in the sublime The Last Station, in which he reclaimed the mantle of an actor of stature. Here he is sharing a scene with the devine Helen Mirren, holding his own (and what more could we expect from an actor in her presence):
