I'll be off for a few days. I'm going to the funeral of an old friend. He and I have been friends since I was 18. He was a very special guy. He was 51. Please pray (or whatever you do) for his partner and family and friends.
His partner asked for someone to say a few words but said he didn't want "anyone weepy." That counts me out! I'm like Tammy Faye without the mascara. Usually.
My hubby will be keeping the home fires burning, but won't be keeping the blog fires burning. I'll be back in a few days.
