TV history was made last night on Ugly Betty as teenage character Justin kissed another boy. Earlier in the episode, Justin kissed a girl he "liked," but that was on-stage as part of a drama class scene. Later, he and his friend Austin, clearly attracted to each other, shared an unexpected kiss. It was very sweet and awkward and felt real for two kids. This followed several months of Justin claiming to be straight, just like real life. Very nice.
